It can be kept for heart managing your sleep schedule with noisy kids around. When my kids were young I used to have a lot of problems sleeping. No matter how much we try to convince him once we left them in the room They would be jumping about and playing. I figured out that we could not convince them to go to bed at a reasonable time. So instead of putting all my efforts towards that, I decided to shift to the basement myself so that I could get some peaceful sleep. You can also try to change the environment that you sleep in because it can help sometimes. Going to the basement did kind of help me but a few months later I developed insomnia. Nothing really worked for insomnia I tried sleep masks, sleep balms, and sleep mists, and all kinds of products that were advertised to give you a good sleep. Finally, I gave in and I followed my neighbours advice to start taking melatonin. That advice was golden and it solved all my sleep problems. Now I just take melatonin for about 1 hour from bad and I have no problem sleeping through the night. Also, feel like my night terrors have also ended because of taking melatonin. You can try changing your external environment or you can try taking melatonin. I get my pills from this website: www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/melatonin-supplements
